Privacy and data protection
PharmaS Ltd protects the personal rights of each individual whose data is processed including employees, clients, suppliers and other contractual partners, interested parties, etc. regardless of the manner or methods by which this information was collected. Therefore, PharmaS Ltd defined standards of security for processing, storage and transfer of personal data to ensure adequate protection of personal data and rights of all respondents.
PharmaS Ltd collects and processes personal data in a lawful, fair and transparent manner, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Data collected for special, explicit and legitimate purposes will be collected solely in the extent to which it is necessary to process it in a manner consistent with these purposes. The collected data will be kept as long as necessary with respect to the purpose of the collection and will be deleted upon fulfillment of the purpose.
All PharmaS Lts employees are aware of the confidentiality of data and may only be processed by those authorized to process certain data and may not make it available to any unauthorized person. Unauthorized persons are also considered employees whose access to this data is not necessary for the fulfillment of their duties.
Cookies typically contain some of your preferences (like a preferred language or adress). Later, when you open the same web page again, your web browser sends back the cookies that belong to that page. This way, the web site is able to process and display information tailored to your needs and habits, with regard to everythins you first checked on the page.

They make it easier for you to use the site, and th eads that appear to you are determined by your search and use of the site’s specific page. Cookies, moreover, allow tracking of the site visit, which consequently allows the selling of the advertising space.
Default activity for saving and sending cookies is not directly visible. However, you are able to change your browser settings so that you choose whether to approve or reject individual cookie requirements. You can also turn on automatic deletion of all cookies when you close your Internet browser.

Exercising your rights
If you wish to exercise your right to delete, print-out or change your personal data, you can do so by sending an e-mail to the following address: email@example.com with note: for the Data Protection Officer. In the message, specify which information you want to correct, refresh or delete. Upon receipt of your request, we will act upon it without unreasonable delay and you will be notified of the measures taken, or we will send you your personal data it that was requested. Requests for the deletion are subject to aplicable legal regulations and ethical standards for the storage, reporting and documentation of personal data.
